On Thursday two of my friends from back home headed this direction to spend a few days here with me and Leah. I was so excited for them to come visit. We had tickets to the Billy Currington, Sara Evans, Brad Paisley concert. It was gonna be so much fun. The tickets were in the ticket office for us to pick up on the day of the concert. For some reason my friend Mary Morgan thought the concert was on the 31st. So Me and Leah just assumed that it was on Friday the 31st. Earlier in the week one of my friends who wasn't going to the concert mentioned that another one of her friends was going to the concert, but it was on Thursday night. I thought that was strange, but didn't think too much about whether she was right or not. Thursday I ran into another friend who knew someone going to the concert, and they said it was on Thursday as well. By then I was getting a little worried. So I went and checked online to see when the concert really was, and it turned out that the concert was indeed Thursday, that night!! It was about 4 in the afternoon when I realized this. I called my two friends who were on their way to knoxville to see where they were. They had stopped half way to do some shopping and lost track of time. They were a while away. So I told them to hurry up and get here as soon as possible because the concert was that night. They were shocked. They got here at a good time. We didn't have to rush as much as we thought we were going to have to. Anyways, we made it to the concert, had a great, got to meet Sara evans, and it was a blast. Good thing we realized it was on Thursday instead of Friday.
